This solution comes from the United Kingdom and was made known by the English journalist Dylan Winter , who was looking for a method to heat the house independently without depending on the price of gas and therefore spending much less.
The idea that developed shortly afterwards was to use candles , specifically 8, half of which should be placed on a metal tray and covered with a perforated terracotta vase, which in turn is covered by a larger glass vase.
According to the journalist, this method would allow the house to be heated for 4 hours . The other 4 candles should be used in the same way but in the afternoon , to have another 4 hours of heat.
In reality, the method does not describe anything new, in fact we all know that candles heat the environment, but we remain skeptical , also because several experiments have shown that the heat generated by these small objects is not sufficient to heat a house .
