Vegetable gardening is a passion of many people, but unfortunately not everyone has a garden where they can grow their plants outdoors, so this is where potted gardens come in handy.

The technique consists of planting directly in the pots that we will then place in an environment that does not necessarily have to be outside the house, as long as it is well lit by sunlight. Let’s look at a very simple technique to have a flourishing garden.
The garden at home
Today we are going to talk about a very convenient and economical system for growing our garden in a protected environment, made up of nutritious and fresh vegetables just like the traditional outdoor method .
It requires proper care but the commitment is less, and it is a hobby that anyone can have, even if you live in an apartment in the city or if you don’t have an outdoor area.

Growing vegetables at home will allow you to eat healthy, locally sourced food and, above all, avoid chemically treated vegetables. Not to mention that it is very fun and rewarding to see what we have lovingly grown come to life.
Let’s look at an interesting and simple method to get the most out of our home garden.
The foolproof trick for a good garden at home
All we need is a plastic cup , one of those that are usually bought in supermarkets. We make holes in the center of the bottom and then laterally (both at the bottom and on the edge, to understand what we are holding while we drink).
At this point we place it in the centre of the vase, burying it up to about half of its height . Compact the soil around it well with your hands and now put a little rosemary (but other spice plants will do too) in the soil around the vase. Then we add water until it is full.
Let’s take garlic, which we will use as fertilizer . Cut a clove into small pieces and then put them in the glass, adding more water as the previous one has been absorbed by the soil.
Now let’s add some banana peels , an important source of nitrogen and potassium for our plants. We cut them into pieces and put them in the glass, then we water the mixture again, which will activate by releasing important elements into the substrate that will make our rosemary grow quickly and luxuriantly.
However, we remember that this technique can be used with any seasoning and provides numerous advantages because, in addition to enriching the soil with beneficial substances , it allows it to be kept moist enough, without soaking it too much.
In fact, the filter created by the perforated glass releases the quantity of elements that serve as support for the plants and this is proportionate and never excessive or lacking since, having inserted everything into the glass, they will take what they need in the right quantity.
In short, an automatic process that will allow us to administer the appropriate dose of nutrients and ensure the quality of our plants.
