Take 3 tablespoons of rice and pour them into a mixer. Close and operate for a few minutes until the rice is completely pulverized. At this point you will have a powder that you need to put in a glass jar. To this you must add aloe vera. Then take a small leaf and start cutting many small pieces.
Add to the jar. Finally, pour 500 ml of hot water and mix well. Now close the lid tightly and cover it with a dark cloth and let it cool. After about 4 hours it will be cold and you can proceed. Take a sieve and filter what is in the jar. Now get rid of the residue.
