Nothing complicated: insert the stem of the bud you have chosen for propagation into a potato, after protecting the base with cinnamon powder. This simple trick will make the rose grow more powerfully.
Propagating roses: here’s a simple and inexpensive way, great results!
Choose stems of the rose that are as thick as a pencil. Choose the cut with the straightest stem, i.e. without curvatures, to check if the chosen cut is ready, pull a plug when it comes out cleanly without affecting the stem You can proceed with the following operations and I recommend that it be a young stem
Procedure
Cut about 20/22 cm from a branch that meets the above requirements (new growth of an existing rose bush). Remove the stem by making a cut at a 45-degree angle. Dip the freshly cut stem in the cinnamon. Cinnamon contains antibacterial properties and therefore protects your cutting from fungi and bacteria during the rooting process. Cut the potato and make a hole to put the stem of the rose in. The potato will give the rose stem the moisture and nutrients it needs to take root and grow. Continue digging after fertilizing the apartment.
