When looking at two neighboring gardens at the end of July, a significant difference in the condition of the cucumber beds can be noticed. One gardener’s cucumbers are droopy and turning yellow, while another’s are bright green and ready to bear fruit. What is the reason for this difference?

It’s about proper care and timely measures to protect against illness. By the end of July, cucumber beds begin to suffer from various diseases, and if left untreated, the bed can be lost prematurely. Today we will look at one of the effective means of protecting flower beds from rot and disease, which consists of three pharmaceutical preparations. However, it is worth remembering that if the bed is already badly damaged, the product will not be able to save the plants, so it is important to treat the beds in advance.

The first component of this remedy is furatsilin, which adapts well to some diseases of cucumbers, zucchini and even grapes. It can be used during the active fruiting period. Six furatsilin tablets should be diluted in warm water and then added to a 5-liter container of water.

The second essential component is aspirin or acetylsalicylic acid, which strengthens the immunity of plants, increases their resistance to fungal diseases and increases productivity. Salicylic acid is already found in plant cells and helps to cope with temperature changes and diseases. When we give plants additional doping with salicylic acid, they become even stronger. To prepare the solution, you need to dilute five aspirin tablets and add them to furatsilin.

Another useful ingredient to protect plants from disease is ammonia. This alcohol has proven effective in suppressing harmful microorganisms and saturating plants with easily digestible nitrogen. To prepare the solution, add 2 tablespoons of ammonia to water with furatsilin and aspirin. Mix well before use and drizzle over the cucumbers. As a result, your garden will look greener and healthier, and you’ll enjoy a more bountiful harvest.
