Borax and lemon juice

White vinegar and baking soda.

Combine these two ingredients and you get a miracle compound that will make your toilet look like new! Simply cover all the yellow stains in the toilet with a generous amount of baking soda. Once finished, transfer the white vinegar to an empty spray bottle and spray it on the walls of the bathroom.
