For small repairs there is no need to go to the tailor’s shop, especially if we are in a hurry and we need that garment at any cost. You must always have at home, however, what you need to be able to do them. Among the most common things to have there is certainly pins, needles, cotton threads of different colors, scissors, ruler and chalk.
Not going into too much detail, but the most passionate who like to think about repairs themselves will certainly also have self-adhesive tape, zippers, patches, kitchen removers and a sewing machine. This is not essential as you can use a needle and thread but it certainly makes the job faster.

Learning how to use it is not impossible since today we find many tutorials on the web that allow us to do just about everything. Today, however, we show you the solution for a hole in your pants. No problem because after 3 minutes you will be able to put it on and leave the house without any problem. Below, in the next paragraph, we show you how.
Hole in the trousers: the solution with needle and thread
As we said, let’s see how to repair pants with a hole. It usually happens often to jeans that tend to tear in some places. However, you won’t have to throw away your trousers or even take them to the tailor’s shop because you can repair them yourself at home in 3 minutes with a needle and thread.
If it is a small hole, you will only have to take a needle and the thread in the color of the jeans or trousers. You will then need a small piece of fabric from old jeans to be able to apply it and cover the hole. At this point, just put it inside the trousers and pin them in place.

You can now proceed by sewing by hand with needle and thread or by using the sewing machine. However, there is still another method that is ideal especially for those who are not familiar with sewing. This is fabric glue or thermo-adhesive adhesive. The indications can be found on the product labels and are very easy to use.
Once you’re done, you can wear your jeans again without any problems and no one will notice anything. A different case, however, if the hole is very large and clearly visible in point. In fact, in the last hypothesis you have to find an alternative since you would notice the difference with a different jean.
Other solution
Another possible solution, especially when the hole is too large to be covered simply with needle and thread, is by using a patch. On the market there are several with many patterns for both adults and children. The ideal would be to reproduce the patch also on the good side of the jeans.

In fact, by doing this way it will not look like a patch but a decoration of jeans. Putting it on is not difficult. First you will have to fix the patch with pins inside and then sew the entire circumference. And here you have practically unique and new jeans to show off.
