The first thing to do will be to take some apples and cut them into small and medium-sized pieces. You will place these pieces inside a jar, together with the peels and cores. At this point, all you have to do is pour water until the jar is full. Apples and scraps, on the other hand, will have to fill about half a jar.
After doing these operations, it is the turn of sugar. As a dosage, it will be advisable to insert a large tablespoon of sugar for every 250 milliliters of water. It will then be necessary to mix everything, so that the sugar dissolves well.
Now all you have to do is cover the jar with cotton, so that no insects or gnats can get into the jar. For about 15 days, the mixture should be kept in a cool, dark place and everything should be stirred at least once a day.
As the days go by, the liquid will become darker and darker, due to the natural fermentation process. After the necessary 15 days have passed, you can filter the liquid, separating it from the various pieces of apple and waste.
