All you need to get is a lemon, along with a screwdriver. Probably none of us has ever stuck a screwdriver in a lemon, yet this simple gesture can ensure advantages that we would never have imagined.
The first thing to do is to take the lemon, put a hand on it and start rolling it back and forth on the table, at least a couple of times. We must be careful not to exaggerate with the pressure, otherwise we will cause damage to the citrus fruit.

Why do this lemon rolling? In this way, the fruit will have become softer and therefore the next step can take place much more easily.
