Mix water, sugar and honey well and heat everything over low heat. You need to get a creamy consistency and not too runny. Now while this cools we prepare the cardboard. Cut strips of paper 5 centimeters long and 30 centimeters long. Make a hole and pass the rope. Now dip the strips into the mixture.
Hang them up and you will see that they will stick and will no longer be able to come off.
