Does ironing take up too much time? Here’s the trick to get perfect cloths and iron easily in just 15 minutes.

The iron is certainly among the most controversial appliances. There are those who hate it and don’t own one, those who don’t love it but inevitably find themselves having to iron something every now and then, and those who couldn’t do without it. Whatever type of relationship you have with the iron, there is a method that will help you achieve great results in no time.
Is the iron really indispensable?
For many people, the answer is “absolutely not.” There are those who manage to do without it, taking care during washing not to use a spin cycle that is too high and spreading well. Then there are those who, given the difficult period, prefer to avoid wasting electricity and minimize its use, perhaps ironing only a few shirts and some clothes that require it. Yet often, even just to iron a couple of items of clothing, you find yourself ironing for half an hour or more or, worse, with the iron that does not cooperate and even begins to stain the fabrics.
Perhaps few people are aware of it, butthe iron needs care and maintenance just like any other appliance.
Taking care of it is easy and with a few small tricks even ironing will be faster and easier.

How to make the best use of your iron
One of the first things to keep in mind is that appliances wear out quickly if not used for too long. Rarely using the iron can lead to limescale deposits and calcifications that can affect its function. To avoid this, in addition to using it from time to time, it is good to prefer the use of distilled water to tap water, as it is calcium-free. Just be careful to buy one that is for an iron and not scented.
If, on the other hand, your iron starts to stain, it definitely needs intensive cleaning. Thanks to this homemade method you will not only save money but also have a fully functional and much more efficient iron.
The trick to ironing quickly
Cleaning the iron will make it efficient and much more performing. But how to do it? The trick is very simple, you won’t need anything but vinegar.

Make sure the water container is empty, just check for steam by pressing the button. With the iron off, pour into the vinegar tank holding the iron vertically on a surface covered with a towel. Then turn on the iron and let it heat up for at least 5 minutes. After this time, press the steam button and let all the vinegar come out. Being an excellent natural degreaser and antiseptic, heated vinegar will clean your iron from all limescale deposits and impurities. In fact, you will notice that limescale accumulations will probably come out of the holes.

Proceed until the vinegar is used up and, to clean up as best as possible, repeat the operation with a little distilled water.
Once this process is finished, you will have an iron as good as new, which will allow you to iron in no time and impeccably.
