- A tablespoon of poppy seeds
- In a salad bowl, beat the egg with the sugar, then, while continuing to beat, add the milk.
- Pour in the flour and mix to avoid lumps.
- Let the crepe batter rest for 15 minutes.
- Grease a non-stick pan with sunflower oil
- Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and cook your pancakes.
- Mix 1 egg, cream cheese and a teaspoon of sugar in a bowl
- Add poppy seeds or raisins (optional)

- 160 g buckwheat flour
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ liter of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 pinch of fine salt
- 8 slices of cheese of your choice (cheddar – emmental – Comté)
Preparing pancakes filled with cheese
- Start by mixing the flour and salt in a salad bowl.
- Dig into the centre of the flour and add the whole eggs, oil, milk and then mix until you have a smooth, homogeneous and lump-free pancake batter.
- Place a pancake pan over low heat and lightly grease.
- Pour a ladle of pancake batter into the pan and cook on one side for a few minutes.
