You may not know it, but if you put a handful of salt under your bed, you sleep better. That’s why it helps you so much.

It is very important to sleep well. Sleep is a necessity that must be enjoyed properly. If not satisfied, this factor can have repercussions on both physical and mental health. In fact, you are not playful enough and you are not strong enough to face the day. Sometimes, however, there are causes that block sleep.
Among the most common are certainly coughs or colds that cause you to wake up frequently. In some cases they can be simple seasonal ailments but this is not always the answer that can be given. In fact, some of these viruses also depend on humidity.

Humidity is often present in homes and you can see it from some unmistakable details and you don’t need any tools. Humidity, however, interferes with physical well-being, causing serious consequences. These may include asthmatic crises or allergies. But let’s see how you can intervene.
Fight humidity with a little salt under the bed: this is how you solve
As we were saying, humidity can impair sleep. To understand if you have it at home, you don’t need sophisticated equipment. In fact, it is enough to observe your home and notice some details such as condensation on the glass, patches of mold, damaged plaster. These are signs that you are living in an unhealthy environment.
There is an appliance on the market that helps and it is the dehumidifier. This reduces the humidity level but if you can’t spend money at the moment on a new appliance to buy there is a natural remedy you can try to use. All you need is salt, an ingredient that you surely have at home.

So just go to the kitchen and take the coarse salt. A handful is enough. Place it inside a bowl and place the bowl under the bed. The salt absorbs excess moisture and therefore you will sleep more peacefully. If you want, you can also add drops of lavender essential oil that promote sleep.
Using this method will wake you up much better and you will finally be charged. After about 5 days, check the bowl. If the salt has dissolved and a liquid has been created at the bottom, it means that there is moisture and that the time has come to change the salt in the bowl. Just throw away the old one, clean the bowl and put it again.

The first is certainly to ventilate the rooms well. These include above all bathroom and kitchen but also the other rooms of the house. Open the windows when there are nice days and leave them open all day for the sun to enter the house and dry the rooms. Plants can also help you. There are some that absorb moisture, such as the orchid.
