Try mixing these two ingredients and you will see, the savings are guaranteed and the laundry will be perfect. Below we reveal this trick.

How much money do we spend and how much time do we waste looking for the perfect detergents? We are surrounded by dozens or hundreds of different products, each of which claims to be the best ever. We always fall for it, we buy new products thinking we have finally found the one that is right for us. The reality then turns out not to be what we thought: in the end they are all the same, only the various fragrances or the various uses (fabric softener or detergent) change.

At the end of all this, we find ourselves having spent hundreds of euros without having found some kind of miracle detergent. So the time has come to say enough to this superfluous expense: there is a way to say goodbye forever to buying laundry detergent. This is an extremely positive solution, especially in this period .
Inflation at 12% has caused a general and dizzying cost of living in every area. From electricity and gas bills to all supermarket products (food, personal care and home care). A curiosity to know is that many have noticed a reduction in the quantity of product inside the various packages. This is a strategy adopted by companies to deal with the dizzying price increases. Therefore, everything is to the detriment of our wallet, but here’s what you need to do to eliminate this expense forever.
Mix these two ingredients and create a perfect detergent
It will no longer be necessary to buy detergents at the supermarket: with these two simple and economical ingredients we can create it directly at home. The procedure is really simple and just follows a few steps. The two ingredients to combine are baking soda and Marseille soap.
To create a detergent starting from these two ingredients you need to follow a simple but very precise procedure. The first thing to do is to sprinkle a baking tray with 500 grams of baking soda. You will notice lumps of baking soda, and these lumps must be crushed with the help of a spatula to make everything homogeneous.
Once the operation is completed, you need to put the pan in the oven set to 200 degrees for a whole hour. It may seem strange to you, but this is a fundamental step because it allows us to make our bicarbonate much more alkaline. While it cooks, take a whole block of Marseille soap and, with the help of the grater, create very small soap petals.
Add these very fragrant petals to the previously heated baking soda in the pan and carefully mix the two ingredients. During this phase they will not be liquid, they will almost be powders. We recommend using a latex glove to complete this operation. Now let’s see how to proceed after completing this first phase of the procedure.

Sodium bicarbonate and Marseille soap detergent, here’s how to use it
At this point we will have in front of us a baking tray and a powdered mix of baking soda and Marseille soap petals. What we need to do now is move the whole mixture from the tray to a more convenient container , for example a glass jar. You can help yourself by using a classic funnel.
Once you have finished, you will notice the considerable amount of product that you have managed to create with this recipe. One way to make it easier to extract the product is to insert a wooden measuring cup (or any other material) into the jar. This tool will be useful for taking and especially quantifying the product before placing it in the washing machine drawer. Our advice is to put only one for each washing machine wash , it will be enough to make the laundry shine.

We also have a tip for you regarding fabric softener. There is a way to save on that too: use vinegar instead. Vinegar has excellent softening properties and also the power to neutralize all bad odors! In any case, with this recipe of baking soda and Marseille soap, you will be able to create a totally eco-friendly detergent and above all you will be able to save a lot of money. You will spend about two euros and it will last a very long time. Try it and believe it!
