After you take out the cardboard cylinder, take a bowl. Start by pouring half a glass of water into this and then add 3 tablespoons of alcohol. Stir and add another 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Keep stirring until the latter dissolves.
At this point, add a cap of fabric softener and stir again. Now put the toilet paper roll without the cardboard cylinder in a plate and pour the solution you have created. After you have poured all the liquid, you can move the toilet roll to a container.
