We know how important it is   to constantly clean the oven, but we often neglect   the protective glass    .      However, grease and grease splashes ultimately affect      the gloss and transparency     as well as the overall hygiene of the interior of the appliance.

For this reason, they must be carefully maintained and disinfected.

Anything that comes into direct contact with food should not be treated with chemicals, as toxic particles can be dispersed by heat and settle on the food,      causing long-term health problems.      Although there are high-quality cleaning products on the market specifically designed to      dissolve tartar    , in this particular case it is important to avoid buying these products and choose natural, effective and safe products.

Fortunately, we have everything you need to succeed: just open the pantry! The necessary ingredients are commonly used and are always present in our homes. We just have to learn from our grandmothers to mix them and use them without looking for shortcuts in already prepared industrial preparations. It is about our well-being and the well-being of the planet.

Let’s see how we can do it.

I use this tip to remove scale from the oven window.

First, carefully follow the instructions of our oven’s parent company,      secure the hinges, loosen the outer panel and remove the side screws to remove the glass.

Place a clean cloth  on the work table     and place the glass carefully so as not to scratch or damage it.

Now you need to prepare a solution of white vinegar     and    baking soda.      When you combine them, you will notice the appearance of a certain foam, which is indicative of the chemical reaction that has taken place and is able to clean the lime thoroughly. There are no fixed doses.      Start by filling a small bowl with baking soda and pouring in the vinegar all at once to create a paste with a fairly creamy consistency.      Spread it over the entire surface, focusing on the most stressed areas. Let it sit for a quarter of an hour and then remove everything with a soft sponge.

Dry well and reinstall the window, tighten the screws well.

Do! Now you can check the cooking status of your delicacies: everything shines with perfect transparency!
