Mites are     silent, microscopic but troublesome parasites.

In the most sensitive or susceptible people, they can cause severe allergic forms such as asthma, eczema and rhinitis     .

To prevent or fight   its infestation, it is necessary to clean the environment in which we live.

Their      natural environment is warm and moist      and they crawl between the fibers of stuffed animals, sofas, armchairs and mattresses or pillows. Their identification is not so easy;      Its dimensions vary between 200 and 400 thousandths of a millimeter.      In short, they are practically invisible to the naked eye.

So how do we know if they are present in our homes? Very simply:      if we sneeze for no reason, our palate, throat and skin itch, our eyes water, then it is very likely that your company is causing us all these inconveniences.

They live an average of two and a half months, but unfortunately they reproduce quickly.

Allergy is not caused by them themselves, but      for example by their excrement, faeces and eggs.

There is no periodicity associated with their spread, they can appear at any time of the year if they find favorable living conditions such as: dark places, with temperatures above 22° and humidity of 60%.

Of course, we can eliminate them with commercial pesticides, but these are expensive and contain potentially toxic substances and contaminants. There is an infallible natural remedy that will allow you to say goodbye to mites forever, without friction and without effort.

Let’s see what it’s all about.

This is how I get rid of house dust mites.

To remove mites from our walls, we go to the pantry and rely on      baking soda.

We already know its valuable use in hygiene, from fruits and vegetables to toilets and most surfaces in the home. But perhaps not everyone knows how useful it is      in the fight against these silent and invisible pests.

Let’s start with      the shoe box:      this is where bacteria and dirt on shoes hide. We left an open packet of baking soda there; It deodorizes the environment and effortlessly disinfects it for us.

We go to      the cupboard,      empty it and clean it by spraying a solution of 500 ml of hot water and 2 tablespoons of baking soda everywhere. Dry with a clean cloth and leave the door open for half an hour before putting the clothes away.

Conversely, mattresses and pillows, rugs and stuffed animals     should be sprinkled with a certain amount of clean powder. Don’t be afraid to overdo it. Leave it on for two to three hours and then vacuum everything up.

And finally, we will give you      some advice      that is always related to the use of this wonderful ingredient. If you’re cleaning and remodeling your house and you notice ink stains on the walls and tables (if you have kids, you know what we’re talking about!!), soak a sponge, add a tablespoon of coffee baking powder and rub gently. Every trace disappears like snow under the sun!
