Here’s   how to restore a rotten orchid.

First of all, isolate it from the healthy ones to prevent them from being contaminated by fungi and bacteria.   Remove dry leaves and vase.   Break up the clod of soil in which the orchid lives,   isolate the roots,   remove the ends that appear rotten, and wash them gently in the sink.

Peel the onion,   cut it into wedges,   chop it   and put it in a glass container, finally   add a little water   . Wait at least a few hours, then  filter the resulting liquid   and put it in a pitcher. Spread the orchid roots in an empty vase and   cover them completely with the onion liquid.   You will need   to water the revived orchids with the remaining infusion approximately every 15 days.

Also, clean the newly sprouted leaves with a cotton ball   soaked   in the liquid, this way you will prevent the attack of parasites. When the orchid soaked in onion water recovers,   transfer it to a new clean pot   and use suitable soil. You will see the plant come back to life and   stay healthy and lush for a long time. So no chemical preparations   for your orchids     that harm the environment and the health of people and animals: just one bulb is enough to make them look great!
