Homemade fungicide for plants     – non-toxic, but effective!

Now that nature is lush and in full bloom, we need to think about preventing or controlling possible mold on our beautiful plants. The dreaded moisture always prevails for its spread. Too much rain, too much irrigation water and our vegetation is attacked and affected by these microorganisms, depriving it of vital substances and suffocating it.

There is a wide range of products on the market that can get rid of this problem. However, as you can read on the packaging,      you should stay away from the area where you applied it for 24/48 hours     . If we live with small children or pets, the risks to their health are twice as high as ours. However, the truth is that the chemicals being transported are toxic and harmful to us and the environment. It is better to choose natural remedies.

If you think that they can be a stopgap compared to industrial products, you are not on the right track.      The methods we will show you today belong to an ancient agricultural tradition      that allowed agriculture to flourish first and then only ornamental plants, but with total respect for the ecosystem.

We’ll see how it goes!

DIY fungicide for ornamental plants, orchards and agricultural fields.

Fungi are bacteria and     the most effective natural antibacterial agent is    baking soda.      It goes without saying that with your simple help, we can free our plants, whatever they are, from the presence and infestation of these pests. Moreover, we can prevent its appearance.

To make a truly effective fungicide, we do the following:

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 liter of water (tap water or waste water such as pasta or air conditioning water)
  • 1 teaspoon of natural neutral liquid soap
  • 1x protective blister

Fill      the bottle      with water         , add      baking soda      and      soap     ,      preferably Marseille,  in      liquid form. Screw on the nozzle and shake vigorously. Then spray the leaves, stems and roots of your greenery.

White vinegar is also an excellent repellent     , but it should not be combined with baking soda, otherwise the antibacterial effect would be nullified.      However, it is activated when mixed with lemon juice.

Use both cigars in the following amounts:

  • 1 liter of vinegar
  • 1 large glass of filtered lemon juice.

Do not dilute the solution with water.      Add the mixture to a sprayer      and spray regularly on plants in the garden, patio or orchard.

A simple and effective fungicide, natural and non-toxic, allows a safe outdoor life.
