The orchid may be one of the most difficult flowers to grow and maintain, but with this homemade conditioner, its beauty will last forever. No one can say that they have ever had such a beautiful plant.

No plant is as beautiful and majestic as the orchid , which comes in different varieties and intoxicating colors to beautify any environment. We know very well that there can be many problems with its leaves, but having a beautiful and lush orchid is an incredible natural remedy that no one knows about.
Orchid, what are the leaf problems?
Like any beautiful plant, it needs to be cared for and controlled as best as possible. For serious problems, it is always recommended to seek professional advice, but even someone who does not have a developed green thumb will notice minor problems with the plant.

By observing its leaves, you can find out:
- Orchid leaves can turn yellow or take on a range of yellow shades. Sometimes it’s just the classic aging process, other times it’s a lack of light. For this reason, the plant should be placed in a bright place – but not directly exposed to sunlight – and the leaves will return as new in a short time;

- Withered and dry leaves, on the other hand, are an alarm in case of insufficient watering. During the hot season, this plant needs at least 2 waterings per week, which vary depending on the temperature. Any advice? Place the vase directly in a container filled with 4 cm of water for a total of 20 minutes to absorb all the water it needs;
- Are the limp leaves hanging towards the ground? It is the non-existent moisture that has this bad effect and the roots could suffer from it. Few people know it, but it is a plant of tropical origin and needs an environment where there is 70% humidity, which is why the bathroom is the ideal place to place it.
Homemade conditioner for orchids
To keep the orchid always beautiful and fresh, simply prepare this delicious homemade balm from only natural ingredients.
The ingredients are:
- a spoonful of honey
- Two teaspoons of sugar
- Juice from half an organic lemon
- 20 milliliters of water
The first thing we need to do is take a medium bowl and pour 2 teaspoons of sugar, honey and a few drops of water into it. Stir until the mixture is rich and homogeneous.
Add the juice of half an organic lemon and mix again. Immediately afterwards, cover the bowl with a napkin and let it rest for 60 minutes.
The balm is ready and can be applied to the plant. To do this, take a soft cloth and dip it in the mixture , then gently rub it over the surface of the leaves. The conditioner penetrates the leaves (without exaggerating the amount) and makes them healthy and fresh.

All these ingredients work together to nourish and hydrate the plant and eliminate any type of drought. It is recommended not to exceed the amount and use, as the previous ingredients could attract ants.
