However, it is advisable to use it two or three times to show its effectiveness if you spend a lot of time outdoors. The deet works without a doubt and within a few hours of its application, the mosquitoes do not even approach because they smell the repellent. However, as mentioned above, it is preferable to reapply it after three hours to prevent the most resistant mosquitoes from biting.
