I prefer to use traditional methods because I am concerned about the negative impact of store-bought chemicals on the bush and that the berries may not be fit for consumption after being treated with chemicals.

What do you choose: traditional methods or store-bought chemicals? Leave your answer in the comments.

For this method you will need a container, in my case a 5 liter bucket.

Let’s start by pouring 300 grams of wood ash into a bucket. This will give us the basis for the solution.

Then add a small amount of liquid soap. Soap is necessary so that the solution adheres well to the bush and does not simply flow into the soil.

Now carefully fill the bucket with cold water and mix all the ingredients well.

It is important to let the solution sit. It is advisable to let it rest for at least a day.

Then the solution should be strained to remove all foreign objects and leave only a clean solution.

Then pour the solution into a garden sprayer.

Now we are ready to process our shrubs. Be careful and scour the bushes all around, spraying the solution evenly.

After treatment with the solution, don’t forget to get rid of the ants. The result will then be 100% effective.
