To start, we pick well-ripe cherries that reach the typical dark red color. If this is not the case, we run the risk of picking cherries with a stone that has not yet formed. Now let’s take our core and leave it in the air (about 5/7) and let it dry overnight (if you want to expose it to the sun).
Now we need to start with pliers to break the core with a hammer. In this way we will remove the outer shield to remove the inner core that we will use to root. When we have taken the almonds, we prepare a plastic tray with a lid and also take a sheet of paper towels, from which we take two large portions in equal parts.
