Summer is just around the corner and with the arrival of June, the beautiful days are back. Many have already made some pleasant trips out of the city and have started to enjoy the sun and the finally pleasant temperatures. However, the return of the summer season also means having to deal with insects again, especially indoors. Summer, in fact, rhymes with ants, bees and flies, but also with mosquitoes that invade any room in the house again and are undoubtedly a great nuisance. Many choose to get rid of mosquitoes quickly by relying on some of the best products on the market.
Natural mosquito repellent is a powerhouse: no more hassle
However, it is always recommended to forget about chemical solutions and opt for a natural mosquito repellent that can be made in a few minutes and is just as effective.
To prepare the super natural mosquito repellent to spray on the skin and eliminate those pesky insects for good, it only takes a few minutes. The solution can also be sprayed in the different rooms of the house to avoid having to deal with mosquitoes. The first thing we need to get is an empty atomizer, since in it we are going to introduce the solution that will scare away mosquitoes from the house. Immediately add 60 ml of natural or distilled water to the bottle. Once this is done, we also add 60 ml of apple cider vinegar to the bottle, an element widely used for the production of natural mosquito repellents. The solution should be further enriched with lavender essential oil (lemongrass or eucalyptus are also fine): 15-20 drops are enough. Once the ingredients are poured in, seal the spray bottle tightly and shake the solution so that it mixes well. The only thing left is to start spraying the natural mosquito repellent to protect ourselves from mosquitoes. Spray the solution on the skin, especially on the arms and legs, so that you can rely on natural and, above all, very safe protection (even for children). While the newly developed solution will have a very pleasant smell for us, this does not apply to mosquitoes, which do not tolerate this smell at all (especially due to apple cider vinegar).
Spray it on furniture and cabinets as well – the smell will scare away mosquitoes forever
As mentioned above, the solution we have prepared in the spray bottle can also be sprayed in the different rooms of the house, especially around doors and windows. In addition, the natural remedy for mosquitoes is also perfect for protecting flowers and plants from mosquitoes.
Since the freshly prepared natural solution gives off an excellent aroma, it can also be sprayed on furniture and sideboards, ensuring an amazing cleaning and disinfecting effect. The goal should be to fill the entire house with the scent of this natural mosquito repellent. If mosquitoes find this smell in every corner of the house, it is very likely that they will stay away and prefer other shores. It really only takes a few minutes to solve the problem and get through a summer without worrying about mosquito nuisances.
