However, this plant, native to Thailand and the Solomon Islands, needs a lot of proper care and care if you want to see it grow strong and lush. At first, you should not expose the pothos to direct sun. It is recommended to place a curtain in front of the window or guarantee the sun rays in the early hours of the morning or in the late afternoon.
You should also pay close attention to the temperature in the room where the pothos is located. It should never be too hot or too cold: ideally, it should be kept between 15 and 25 degrees. Another very important tip is to use a moss plant stake so that the pothos can use a solid base to climb. However, it should be noted that Pothos needs a substrate for tropical plants that is capable of retaining water without causing problems to the roots. The best substrate consists of worm castings, perlite, pumice, and pine bark. This type of substrate allows you to keep the water in the soil when we water the plant.
