Many people don’t know that regular honey can be an effective means of stimulating root formation in plants. This natural product is rich in vitamins, microelements and antiseptic components. However, it is important to use good quality honey for best results.

Prepare honey solution for seeds.
To speed up the germination process of the seeds, soak them in a honey solution.

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm water and leave the seeds in this mixture for 1-2 hours before planting them in the ground. This method is an effective biostimulant for various seeds.

Use honey solution for cuttings.
Honey is also great for stimulating root formation in cuttings such as currants, grapes, or roses. Dilute 1 tablespoon of honey in 3 liters of water and soak the cuttings in this solution for 3-4 days. After this, transplant them to the ground.

For houseplants, keep the cuttings in the honey solution for about 7 hours and then transfer them to clean water to root more.

This simple and natural method can significantly improve the root-forming process in plants and become an excellent alternative to store-bought chemical stimulants.
