To guarantee our plants healthy, strong and leafy growth we can rely on a very effective trick.

During the summer, nature takes over again and gives colour, luminosity and beauty to all environments. It is certainly no coincidence that in the summer months many people decide to grow many plants in their garden, but also on the balcony, on the windowsill or in the rooms of their house. Obviously, all those who choose to become passionate about gardening should keep in mind that their eco-friendly friends need great care and proper maintenance. Only in this way will it be possible to guarantee flowers and plants a long life and allow healthy, strong and lush growth.
Pepper plants, growth is guaranteed with this method
Among the many plants that can be easily found at this time in orchards, on balconies or even at home, there are undoubtedly pepper plants.

Pepper, usually used as a vegetable, is a food frequently present in Italian cuisine. There are many recipes that can be made with peppers and that is why plants are so frequent. However, many are unaware of some characteristics of pepper plants that are better to know. For example, pepper plants are multi-year plants, which means they can live for a few years. If we are careful and do things right, we can guarantee our pepper plant a very long life. As they are perennials, they do not need to be planted every year. In fact, pepper plants come back to life every year and produce this element with many benefits. Now that we know this aspect, we no longer have to throw away the pepper seedling (or seedlings) that have not had a good production. This is a bad move, since there is a way to save them and get them to produce again consistently. In addition, by doing this we will also save a lot, since we will not have to buy seeds and seedlings constantly. The first thing to keep in mind is that pepper plants don’t live long in cold temperatures. It is therefore not appropriate to keep them outdoors in the colder months, unless they are grown in a heated greenhouse. Ideally, you should keep the plant indoors during the winter months. All we have to do is dig up, pull the plant out of the pepper and place it in a larger pot. At the bottom of this larger pot we will place a little clay or gravel, to prevent the water from falling below the level of the roots. Another important operation to perform is to spray the plant with an effective pesticide to eliminate all possible parasites. To make an excellent pesticide we can rely on a mixture of neem oil and Marseille soap.
With this solution you will have an excellent result
Once these steps have been carried out, we can move the plant to the house or garage, where there will surely be more than ten degrees and enough light. It will only be necessary to water the plant once a week.

If we start to notice that the pepper plant is losing leaves or is yellowing, we have nothing to worry about, as it has only entered vegetative rest. We proceed to cut all the secondary branches, leaving only the main ones. When spring returns, we can move the pepper plant to a warmer area, trying to water it more frequently. We can also take the pepper plant outside, but only when we are sure that the night temperatures no longer fall below a certain threshold. By carefully following all these tips, the pepper plant will grow strong and lush : if we are lucky we will witness a rich production.
