All you need is to get a lemon, along with a screwdriver. Probably none of us have ever put a screwdriver in a lemon, but this simple gesture can bring advantages that we would never have imagined.
The first thing we must do is take the lemon, put our hand on it and start rolling it from one side to the other on the table, at least a couple of times. We must be careful not to overdo the pressure, otherwise we will cause damage to the citrus fruits.
