How to keep parsley alive and last for months? Here’s a chef’s trick to implement.

How to keep parsley alive: a trick to preserve it
First you will need to get some parsley, preferably very fresh. Wash it and put it on a cutting board. Cut it into rough pieces using a knife.
The next step is to place the fresh chopped parsley in a fairly deep bowl. You also need to add a spoonful of baking soda . Cover with cold water so that all the parsley is submerged and the baking soda dissolves. Use a spoon to push the leaves into the water to soak well.
At this point, let the parsley soak for about a quarter of an hour . Meanwhile, clean the cutting board with vinegar. You will be sure that all bacteria will be eliminated and the cutting board will be ready for further use. After 15 minutes, rinse the aromatic herb under running water. The water should be changed about three times.
Place a clean sponge cloth on a clean cutting board, on which you will place the previously drained aromatic herb. Dry well with a towel. At this point we will need a very clean and dry glass. Line the bottom of the jar with absorbent paper. Using a spoon, it adheres well to the walls of the glass.
