Cleaning the oven thoroughly is not always easy. If we have no way to use ecological products, we can use, with the necessary precautions, chemical products that will leave our oven as good as new. Don’t panic, you won’t need many ingredients and the process, or rather any process you choose, will be very simple to complete.

Continue reading to leave your oven spotless and shiny.

If the dirt to be removed is not excessive, we can use two easy and fairly quick methods. Let’s see what they are now!

  • OVEN CLEANING.

To clean the oven we simply need to pour 1.5 liters of boiling water into a large bowl. Then we must insert the bowl into our dirty oven. Then add 1 tablespoon of ammonia to the water and mix lightly and then close the oven. Let our mixture act overnight and the next morning we take the bowl out of the oven. Then remove all the racks and wipe each surface of the oven with a clean cloth. In the blink of an eye we will see all grease and dirt stains disappear.

  • CLEANING THE GRILL.

However, to properly clean the oven racks we must fill the sink with hot water. Please note: water must necessarily cover the grills. Then add 4 or 5 dishwasher tablets to the water. At this point we put the grills in the water and let them soak, also in this case, overnight. Once the night is over, we can easily clean the grills with a simple sponge to be able to completely remove the incrustations.

And when the oven seems excessively dirty, what should you do?

If, on the other hand, the oven seems very dirty and we want to use a slightly more traditional and faster method, here we explain how to do it. Simply place a plastic bag on the floor under the oven and then use a clean cloth to catch the crumbs inside the oven. Then we put on gloves and a mask and move on to using the chemicals. At this point we take our specific spray for cleaning the oven surface and spray it all over the surface, according to the instructions, after slightly heating the oven. Then we clean everything by passing through a rough sponge and then dry well with absorbent paper. Rinse the oven by wiping a damp cloth 3 or 4 times to remove all the product. Now insert the racks again and spray vinegar all over to make the oven shiny and sparkling. Obviously we dry again with absorbent paper. To clean the exterior you only need a damp microfiber cloth. I would say that we are ready to get to work now. Happy cleaning!
