Aloe vera is one of the plants that we all have at home, indoors, on the balcony, on the windowsill or on the terrace, not only because it is beautiful and decorative, but also because it comes in handy on several occasions.

This particular plant belongs to the Liliaceae family, therefore to the same family as the onion and garlic. It grows in South America, South Africa, and all regions of the Mediterranean. It retains water and is therefore resistant to any climate, from the hottest to the driest.
Aloe vera and its thousand properties
There are about 350 varieties of aloe vera in nature. For years the plant has been the protagonist of numerous scientific investigations, according to experts it can even be useful for antitumor treatment with radiotherapy. It can fix the problem of itching or lesions. But it doesn’t end there, it is miraculous when used in the treatment of abrasions, ulcers, inflammations, insect bites, psoriasis, herpes, sunburns and minor burns. It can then also be taken orally as an antiviral, it has a fantastic antioxidant, antibacterial and depurative, laxative, digestive and immunomodulatory action. It can be taken by children from 12 years old. In some cases, however, you have to be careful because, like everything else, it has significant contraindications, in addition to serious and serious side effects, for example in the case of allergies. In particular, you should be careful if you suffer from gastritis, colitis, diverticulitis or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or during menstruation because blood flow increases.
How to grow it at home.
Aloe vera can be easily grown both indoors and outdoors, it does not require any amount of water or care. As it is a plant that needs little water, it is ideal for those who do not have good hands for gardening. Absurdly compared to all other plants, it does not need water, on the contrary, at least, it is harder. Too much water or stagnation can kill it. Another positive aspect is that it is easily reborn, so it can be considered an eternal plant.

How to properly feed a plant that offers many advantages
Although it is a strong plant, its soil needs to be properly fertilized from time to time. For this it is not necessary to use fertilizer as everyone is used to doing. Rather, a specific ingredient is used that, in general, anyone throws away. After cooking the egg, its skin is liquefied completely clean. The secret and miraculous ingredient is eggshell because, although no one knows it, it is an excellent source of calcium, which also contains very high doses of keratin. Keratin, for those who do not know, is a fundamental protein for the health of nails and skin, it is also a remedy against osteoporosis, against high cholesterol, it is capable of strengthening bones and regulating blood pressure.

The secret ingredient that makes aloe vera a healthy and strong plant in any season of the year
In this case, the eggshell can be used on the plants after it has been chopped, in the right doses, one tablespoon is enough. The rest can be stored in an airtight container for a few days away from sources of heat or moisture. It can also be administered to animals, or even to pregnant women as a supplement. As for plants, both aloe vera and all others benefit whether poured over it or mixed with the soil. Then you take some soil and mix it with some eggshell. Then take some stones and place them at the base of the vase. Once this is done, plant the aloe vera root and water the soil. At this point they expect to see the first results. To be really effective, it should be poured for at least a month, immediately after watering the plant to facilitate absorption. But it doesn’t end there, because you can also use two cloves of garlic that will give the same result. Apparently, these are also useful not only in the kitchen but also in gardening. They are crushed well until a kind of porridge is obtained, water is poured in which is then filtered through a sieve. Add another quart of water and use it to water the aloe vera.
